Founded in 2011, Foshan Baijinyi Precision Technology Co., Ltd. (BJY), we are located in the heart of Foshan’s Sanshui District, just an hour’s drive from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport.

Our History

    BJY was established and officially entered the PET liquid packaging industry.

    2011
    Relocated and expanded the production area, resulting in a threefold increase in capacity.
    2012
    Completed the refurbishment project of MHT48 cavity molds, officially entering the preform mold market.
    2013
    Became a supplier of molds for Krones (Taicang).
    2014
    Successfully exported blow molding molds to European and American markets.
    2015
    Introduced precision inspection equipment such as Zeiss from Germany and Keyence from Japan.
    2016
    Rapid development of blow molding molds in the Southeast Asian market, and introduced multiple five-axis machining equipment.
    2017
    Successfully sold preform molds to European, American, and Southeast Asian markets.
    2018
    Successfully entered the cap mold market. Blow molding mold business covered Japan, the Middle East, and African markets.
    2019
    Implemented the UFIDA ERP system.
    2020
    Achieved growth against the trend, with annual sales exceeding 5 million US dollars.
    2021
    BJY relocated again due to expanded scale and increased capacity.
    2022
    Implemented the MES intelligent workshop management system.
    2023
    Introduced 2 CNC machines, and 2 advanced inspection machines.
    2024
    A new 5-axis machining center was added.
